Grocery shopping sure looks a whole lot different than it did even just a decade ago. We didn't have quite as many choices once upon a time. Today, we can order our groceries online or use an app to have our food delivered right to our front door. Traditional grocery stores have also upped the stakes, completely transforming the grocery shopping experience. The two-story Giant in Pennsylvania, for example, offers just about everything you can imagine.
The two-story, 65,000-square-foot Giant on 23rd Street in Philadelphia debuted in 2021, and it's taken grocery shopping to a whole new level.
You won't have any problems finding a parking spot. The brightly-lit underground parking garage has plenty of space, including some free electric vehicle charging stations. Grab a cart and begin your shopping adventure.
Getting around is easy. The escalator features one side for you and one side for your cart.
Chances are pretty good you'll find everything on your shopping list - from fresh produce to fresh flowers to freshly baked bread and goodies. If you love cheese, you'll feel like you're in paradise when you arrive at the International Cheese Island.
From free WiFi to greeting cards and flowers, Giant has just about anything and everything you're looking for.
If you need to relax after a long day, visit the Beer Garden & Eatery. Grab a beverage from Starbucks or recharge with a refreshing drink from the smoothie bar.
You can pour your own beer, then sit and relax in the dining area. You might even want to fuel up before you start shopping.
