Downtown Airstream event gets mixed reviews from businesses

Airstream trailers filled the parking spaces on a closed-off Main Street in Logan for four days, during Urban Air's Wake Up Downtown Logan event last week.

LOGAN – Tuesday evening at city council, a downtown business owner raised ire over Logan's annual Wake Up Downtown event put on by Urban Air, in which a portion of Main Street is closed down for Airstream trailer camping. The event ran four days, from May 4 to May 7, bringing in mostly out-of-town visitors to Logan, providing a boon to some businesses and a loss to others.
